Computer Science Education Week: Dec. 6-12
SPECIAL EVENT:
Live Stream: State-Wide Coding Event
Join us on Thursday, December 9th from 10:00-11:00 as we come together as a state to engage in an Hour of Code. We will celebrate computer science week across the state as teachers and students come together virtually to engage in an unplugged coding activity and then some coding fun. This will be an incredible opportunity to see and talk with students, teachers and the community from around the state of NC as we all code together!
Additional CS Ed Week Events:
Computer Science week is December 6-12 and we are excited to share some wonderful opportunities for students. Below is a list of events happening during the week and we encourage you to join as you can! Each event has a zoom link for participation. Please log in as a class (meaning just one log in, preferably via the teacher account) and turn the computer camera to face the students. We will allow students to ask questions as well but will ask teachers to help facilitate the questions.
Events Brought to you by the dot. Consulting & Dottie Rose Foundation with our partners: Coderz, Lowes, NC Department of Education
